PAYMENT

We only accept payment via PayPal through our websites checkout system. All credit card orders are processed SECURELY via PayPal using 128-bit encryption technology. PayPal no longer requires that you set up an account to make a payment. During the checkout process you will be automatically directed to their site to complete the payment transaction. Please make sure that your email address is CORRECT. You will receive a confirmation email from both PayPal and Immortal Chivalry. Your order will then be processed as soon as payment is received.

SHIPPING

UPS
Ground or 2nd Day Air (no PO BOXES).

There is a flat rate handling fee of $2.00 for each box being shipped.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All products (excluding Alchemy) are inspected for damage & defects before they are shipped. If you receive a damaged item, we will replace it and reimburse you for your return freight charges. Please e-mail BEFORE sending any items back. We will also gladly exchange any item which you are not satisfied with, just let us know what we can do to help.

~~Tarot Decks cannot be returned if the plastic "deck" seal around the cards has been opened, unless there is a defect. Rune Stones cannot be returned if the plastic seal on the box has been broken, unless there is a defect. We will gladly exchange any defective Decks/Stones for you.

All returns or exchanges must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order, and you must have the sales receipt number. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If there is anything else we can do for you, please let us know.

**Please note that we cannot return/exchange items which were not purchased from
Immortal Chivalry.

SPECIAL ORDER REQUESTS

There will be a few things available as special order only. You will see these marked on the items. If you are interested in special ordering one or more of these items, please be aware there will be delays in shipping. Please be patient while the order is being processed. As soon as your special order(s) arrives in our hands, they will make their journey to you within the next 2 business days. Thank you in advance.

BACK ORDERS

Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. We try to keep all of the items we have on our website in stock (exception Alchemy Items). However, this is not always possible. Many items on our site may have a delayed ship time. This will be stated in the items description. We can ship partial orders upon request. Please be aware that the shipping cost may increase with this option.

SALES TAX

New Jersey residents: 7.00% sales tax will be added for items shipped within NJ
(this does not include clothing).
